Inland Sea of Sound Festival

Do you need a day out with friends to eat some delicious food and listen to some tunes?

You’re in luck because the 2017 Inland Sea of Sound Festival is this coming weekend in Bathurst on Friday 3 November and Saturday 4 November. The festival is an all ages, two-day music, camping and arts festival staged on the summit of Mount Panorama – Wahluu in Bathurst.

It will feature some of the biggest names in the Australian music scene including Bernard Fanning, Meg Mac, Dan Sultan, Megan Washington and Mia Dyson alongside a host of homegrown talent including Smith & Jones and Momentum.

To compliment this awesome line up Inland 2017 is making a stand for the future of festival gastronomy. An array of Eats and Drinks will complement the festival by selling delicious local food and drinks including Two Heads Brewing, Twisted Chip, Burnt End BBQ, Trang Hue Vietnamese Catering, Mr Shish Turkish Street Food, G-Dup Burgers, Stone Pine, The Second Mouse Cheese Company, Renzaglia and Jespresso (just to name a few).

It’s not a festival if there’s no tents right? Never fear! Inland Sea of Sound have partnered with festival camping gurus ‘Mooggee’ to offer BYO tent or Don’t lift a finger camping options which you can purchase along with your ticket should you wish to stay overnight. The festival camping cost is from $25pp.

While Mount Panorama is right on Bathurst’s doorstep, the festival site, which sits at the summit, can be a tricky place to get to or from. If you are not interested in camping overnight Inland2017 have solved this problem by offering FREE shuttle buses along with a detailed timetable for the duration of the festival so you can time your run up and back into Bathurst.
